To request a refund, send an email to with your Unity Asset Store invoice number ( IN0000000) and proof of your purchase date, usually found within purchase receipt emails. Users who had purchased Chronos in the 30 days prior to this new pricing (on or after May 15th, 2020) are eligible for a full refund.
